Ingredients
500g natural yoghurt
2 tablespoons honey
50g granola
150g mixed berries, chopped
2 tablespoons honey

Method
- Line a small baking sheet with non-stick paper.
- Mix the yoghurt and honey together in a bowl.
- Add half the granola and berries. Mix well and spoon into the tin.
- Level the surface.
- Sprinkle with the remaining berries and granola.
- Freeze for 6 hours. Slice into pieces.
