1 egg
1 tbsp milk
2 tsp icing sugar (optional)
1 A good pinch of cinnamon
2 slices of bread, crusts removed
A knob of unsalted butter
A handful of raspberries and blueberries to serve
Greek yoghurt (optional)

Method
- Mix together the egg, milk, icing sugar (optional) and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Cut each slice of bread into fingers or, if you wish, use cookie cutters to make fun shapes. Dip the bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, then fry the bread for about 5 minutes, turning halfway through until golden brown and slightly fluffy.
- Serve with the berries and a dusting of icing sugar and cinnamon.
- Serve with a spoonful of yoghurt if serving as part of breakfast for 9-12 month olds.
