Fillet Of Fish In Orange Sauce

No one knows how it happens but, there are strange food combinations that just work! This super quick and easy fish recipe is a nutrient-packed lunch, the kids will love.

225g skinned fillet of cod, pollock or hake
120ml of orange juice
40g Cheddar cheese, grated
1-2 tsp of parsley, chopped
25g cornflakes, crushed
20g butter


  1. Put the fish in a greased dish, cover with the orange juice, cheese, parsley and cornflakes and dot with the butter.
  2. Cover, leaving an air vent and cook on high for 4 minutes.
  3. Flake the fish carefully, removing any bones, and mash everything together with the liquid in which the fish was cooked.
