150g onion, chopped
75g carrot, grated
2 clove garlic (10g) crushed
65g panko breadcrumbs
650g mince beef
10g dried oregano
10g dried thyme
20g Worcestershire sauce

Method
- Measure the ingredients into food processor. Whiz until the mixture is finely chopped. Season well. Shape into 35 balls.
- Heat a little oil in a large frying pan. Fry the meatballs until golden brown and cooked through or cook in a 180 Fan oven for 15 minutes.
