Dairy-Free Summer Berry Smoothie

Add tofu to this smoothie for a delicious dairy-free burst of blitzed berries & honey.

Cook Time: No Cook
Serves: 1
Great for:  Kids - 2-4 Years Kids 4+ Years
500 g fresh or frozen summer berries
75 g silken tofu, cut into small chunks
500 ml soya milk
1-2 tbsp clear honey
  1. If using frozen berries, leave for about 20 minutes to defrost.
  2. Put all the berries into a blender, add the tofu, soya milk and honey.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediatley.
