Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh or frozen summer berries
  • 75 g silken tofu, cut into small chunks
  • 500 ml soya milk
  • 1-2 tbsp clear honey

Method

  1. If using frozen berries, leave for about 20 minutes to defrost.
  2. Put all the berries into a blender, add the tofu, soya milk and honey.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediatley.
