Dairy-free Salmon Fishcakes

These delicious Dairy-free Salmon Fishcakes are perfect if your little one is lactose intolerant. Fish cakes are a great way to get those all important Omega 3’s in their diet.

Recipe Saved


170g can red salmon, drained
130g cold mashed potatoes
3 spring onions, chopped
2 tbsp ketchup
1 egg, beaten
30g Panko breadcrumbs


  1. Put the salmon, potatoes, onions, ketchup and half of the beaten egg, half of the breadcrumbs into a bowl. Season and mix well and shape into 8 cakes. Coat in the remaining egg and breadcrumbs.
  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add the fishcake and fry for 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown.
