Ingredients
490g Crack’d The No-Egg Egg
3 tablespoons milk
100g smoked bacon, chopped
1/2 red pepper, diced
5 spring onions, sliced
3 tablespoons basil, chopped
50 mature cheddar, grated
3 tablespoons sweetcorn
50g frozen peas
3 tablespoons milk

Method
1.Pre heat the oven to 180 Fan.
2.Pour the Crack’d The No-Egg Egg into a large bowl. Add the milk and seasoning, whisk well.
3.Heat a frying pan until hot. Add the bacon and fry for a few minutes.
4.Add the pepper, spring onions, cheese, basil, bacon, corn and peas to the bowl. Mix well.
5.Spoon into a 12 hole silicone muffin tray.
6.Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes until set and lightly golden. Cool in the tin for a few minutes.
