Annabel’s Egg-Free Crustless Mini Quiches

Would you believe that this scrummy recipe contains no eggs? You might even call it a niche quiche! Made with Crackd’s The No-Egg Egg, it’s packed with protein, thanks to the pea protein it’s made of, and brimming with all the good stuff including Vitamin B12 & D – making it an eggsellent egg-substitute for little ones and the whole family!

Egg allergies are the most common intolerance for children under five, and this innovative alternative is guaranteed to become an absolute go-to for those with egg allergies or on a plant-based diet. Ingredients

490g Crack’d The No-Egg Egg
3 tablespoons milk
100g smoked bacon, chopped
1/2 red pepper, diced
5 spring onions, sliced
3 tablespoons basil, chopped
50 mature cheddar, grated
3 tablespoons sweetcorn
50g frozen peas

Method

1.Pre heat the oven to 180 Fan.

2.Pour the Crack’d The No-Egg Egg into a large bowl. Add the milk and seasoning, whisk well.

3.Heat a frying pan until hot. Add the bacon and fry for a few minutes.

4.Add the pepper, spring onions, cheese, basil, bacon, corn and peas to the bowl. Mix well.

5.Spoon into a 12 hole silicone muffin tray.

6.Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes until set and lightly golden. Cool in the tin for a few minutes.
