Cod, Salmon and Quinoa Balls

These omega 3 rich balls are perfect for baby-led weaning.

Ingredients
3 spring onions, chopped
ΒΌ tsp fresh ginger, grated
125g salmon fillet, diced
100g cod loin, skinned and diced
2 tsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
120g cooked quinoa
Method
  1. Put the spring onions and ginger into a food processor and whiz until finely chopped. Add the remaining ingredients and whiz again until combined. Shape into 20 balls and roll in plain flour.
  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add the balls and fry for 5 to 6 minutes until golden on all sides and cooked through.
  3. Serve with broccoli and follow with fruit when serving as dinner for a 9-12 month old.
