75g self-raising flour
25g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
75g caster sugar
75g margarine
2 large eggs
50g plain chocolate, melted
300g tinned pears, drained and chopped

Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 C. Lightly grease a large tin foil with sunflower oil.
- Measure the flour, cocoa, baking powder, caster sugar, margarine and eggs together in a bowl. Add the melted chocolate and whisk together until light and fluffy. Spread into the base of the tin.
- Put the pears in top in an even layer. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until well risen and firm in the centre.
