Chicken & Veggie Orzo

The one pan meal you can’t say no to: This 15 minute chicken & veggie orzo laves no mess behind and has immune boosting ingredients to fight the cold.

Recipe Saved


2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, peeled and finely diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
200g orzo
600ml chicken stock
75g frozen or fresh spinach
75g peas
50g sweetcorn
3 tbsp double cream
25g Parmesan cheese, grated
100g cooked chicken breast, diced


  1. Heat the oil in a shallow pan. Add the onion and carrot and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic and fry for 10 seconds. Add the orzo and stock. Bring up to the boil and simmer for 12 minutes.
  3. Add the spinach, peas, sweetcorn, chicken and cream. simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the cheese.
