Ingredients
1 large banana shallots, chopped
100g Piccolo cherry tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp thyme, chopped
250g minced chicken
50g Parmesan, grated
50g panko
1 tsp sundried tomato paste

Method
- Pre heat the oven to 180C. Line a large baking sheet with a piece of baking paper.
- Put the onion, tomato and thyme into a processor. Quickly process for 3 seconds to roughly chop. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until finely chopped.
- Put a star cutter onto the baking sheet. Press the mixture into the cutter, repeat with the remaining mixture, leaving a space in between.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through.
