1 tbsp mayonnaise
½ tsp plum sauce
1 large tortilla
¼ chicken breast, cooked
1 spring onion, sliced into strips
3 cm length of cucumber, cut into fine strips

Method
- Mix the mayonnaise and plum sauce together.
- Spread the mixture over one side of the tortilla top with the chicken, spring onion and cucumber.
- Roll up tightly and then cut into four pieces and wrap in clingfilm.
