75g broccoli
500g large potatoes, peeled
75g cooked chicken, finely diced
1 large banana shallot, finely chopped
1 large egg, beaten
50g plain flour

Method
- Cook the broccoli in a steamer for 4 minutes. Cool and finely chop.
- Grate the potatoes into a clean tea towel. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
- Put the potato, broccoli, chicken ,shallot, flour and egg into a mixing bowl. Season lightly for babies over one.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Shape into 12 patties. Place in the pan and press down. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes on both sides until lightly golden .
