Cherry & Chia Seed Balls

You can make delicious nutritious sweet snacks without refined sugar and these cherry energy balls are so easy to prepare. Simply pop all of the ingredients into a food processor, give it a whizz then get rolling!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 28 balls

150g soft pitted dates
60g pitted cherries
10g chia seeds
75g dessicated coconut, plus extra for coating
35g porridge oats
1 tbsp maple syrup
  1. Measure all of the ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Whiz until finely chopped.
  3. Using your hands shape into 28 balls. Roll in extra desiccated coconut.
