Ingredients
1/2 onion, chopped
100g sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into small cubes
100g salmon fillet, sliced into large cubes
100g large broccoli florets
150ml hot vegetable stock
15g Parmesan cheese (or dairy-free alternative)

Method
- Add 200mls of water to the base of the Babymoov Steamer.
- Put the onion and sweet potato into the clear steamer compartment. Put the salmon and broccoli into the top compartment. Cover with the lid and steam for about 10 minutes until soft and cooked through.
- Spoon the vegetables and salmon into the processor. Add the stock and cheese. Blend until roughly chopped or a smooth puree.
