Cauliflower & Broccoli Cheesy Tots

Cauliflower and broccoli are from the cruciferous group of vegetables. They are rich in fibre, Vitamins C and K, minerals, and other essential nutrients that provide multiple health benefits as well as being cancer-fighting.



  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C Fan. You will need a mini 24 hole muffin tin greased or a silicone mini muffin tray.
  2. Cook the broccoli and cauliflower in a steamer for 8 minutes. Place the vegetables in the processor and whiz.
  3. Add the cheese, eggs, Dijon mustard, shallot, garlic, breadcrumbs and sage.
  4. Whiz again until finely chopped.
  5. Spoon into the muffin tin. Top with the mozzarella and tomatoes.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until set and lightly golden.
