1 tbsp olive oil
1 tortilla wrap
3 large eggs
75g cherry tomatoes, chopped
50g baby spinach, chopped
50g Cheddar cheese, grated

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C Fan.
- Heat the oil in a small frying pan. Add the wrap and press into the base of the pan.
- Crack the eggs into the wrap. Top with tomatoes and spinach and sprinkle with cheese. Place in the oven for 12 minutes.
