  • 250g banana, sliced
  • 250g strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup


  1. Put the sliced banana and hulled strawberries in a plastic container and freeze for 4 hours, or until frozen solid.
  2. Tip the frozen fruit into a food processor with the maple syrup and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve at once or freeze until needed
