Banana & Strawberry Ice Cream
Who doesn’t love ice cream on a warm summer’s day? This ‘nice’ cream is a much healthier alternative the whole family will love.
- 250g banana, sliced
- 250g strawberries, washed and hulled
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
- Put the sliced banana and hulled strawberries in a plastic container and freeze for 4 hours, or until frozen solid.
- Tip the frozen fruit into a food processor with the maple syrup and blitz until smooth and creamy.
- Serve at once or freeze until needed
