250g banana, sliced<br />
250g strawberries, washed and hulled<br />
1–2 tbsp maple syrup<ol>
<li>Put the sliced banana and hulled strawberries in a plastic container and freeze for 4 hours, or until frozen solid.</li>
<li>Tip the frozen fruit into a food processor with the maple syrup and blitz until smooth and creamy.</li>
<li>Serve at once or freeze until needed</li>
