Banana and Avocado

This is a fast and simply recipe, and both foods are nutrient dense, perfect for little babies.

Cook Time: 2 mins
Serves: 1
Ingredients
1 Small ripe Avocado, stoned
1 Small ripe Banana, peeled and sliced
1 A little breast or formula milk
Method
  1. Scoop out the avocado flesh and mash together with the banana. For a thinner consistency, stir in a little of your baby’s usual milk. Serve straight away.
  2. Serve with breast milk or formula if serving as First foods Breakfast.
