  • 1 Small ripe Avocado, stoned
  • 1 Small ripe Banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 A little breast or formula milk


  1. Scoop out the avocado flesh and mash together with the banana. For a thinner consistency, stir in a little of your baby’s usual milk. Serve straight away.
  2. Serve with breast milk or formula if serving as First foods Breakfast.
