Banana and Avocado
This is a fast and simply recipe, and both foods are nutrient dense, perfect for little babies.
- 1 Small ripe Avocado, stoned
- 1 Small ripe Banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 A little breast or formula milk
- Scoop out the avocado flesh and mash together with the banana. For a thinner consistency, stir in a little of your baby’s usual milk. Serve straight away.
- Serve with breast milk or formula if serving as First foods Breakfast.
