Baked Frittata

Frittatas are a fun and fancy way to up the protein in little one’s diet. Tasty and versatile, you can add whatever veggies or other ingredients you like and personalise to your little one’s tastes!

200g new potatoes
6 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
200g cherry tomatoes, quartered
25g frozen peas
4 spring onions, sliced
2 tbsp basil
75g Parmesan cheese, grated (or vegetarian alternative)


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 Fan. Grease and line a 20 cm round fitted bottom cake tin with non-stick paper.
  2. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 12 minutes until tender. Drain well and slice into slices.
  3. Beat the eggs and milk together in a mixing bowl. Add the potatoes, tomatoes, peas, onions, basil and cheese.
  4. Pour into the tin and bake for 30 minutes until set and lightly golden brown.
  5. Leave to cool for 10 minutes, remove from the tin and remove the paper. Slice into wedges.
