Avocado & Banana Puree
Raw fruits are great for your baby as none of the nutrients are lost in the cooking process. Plus, there’s no cooking or prep involved for you! This recipe is a classic first tastes flavour pairing.

- Makes: 1 portion
- Great for:
1/2 small ripe banana
1 - 2 tbsp baby's usual milk or Greek yoghurt
- Mash the avocado together with the banana and the milk or yoghurt.
- You can also substitute the flesh of half a small papaya for the avocado. If using papaya, the milk is then optional.
