Ingredients
320 g apples, peeled, cored & chopped
75 g blueberries
300 g ripe pears, peeled, cored & chopped
75 g blueberries
300 g ripe pears, peeled, cored & chopped
Method
- Put the apple and pear into a heavy based saucepan, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the blueberries and cook for a further 3 minutes.
- Remove the lid and cook for another minute.
- Blend until smooth or until desired consistency.
