Koala Sandwich:
2 slices of wholemeal bread
a little butter, softened

Monkey Sandwich:

3 tbsp peanut butter

Puppy Dog Sandwich:

2 tomato, sliced

Bunny Sandwich:
1 large egg
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp chopped chives
2 slices of wholemeal bread
1 small slice brown bread
a little softened butter
1 slice Edam cheese

1 small carrot, peeled and shredded into thin strips
2 edible eyes

Method
Koala Sandwich: Put the bread onto a board. Spread the butter over the bread. Add the chicken slices,1 slice of edam, cucumber then sandwich the filling together. Stamp out a large round shape using a round cutter to make the koala’s face. Add the olive for the nose and draw two eyes using the black pen. Add cucumber slices for the ears and stamp out a smaller round using the remaining edam and place on top of the cucumber.
Monkey Sandwich: Put the wholemeal and brown bread onto a board. Spread over the peanut butter and top with banana. Sandwich the breads together to make two whole sandwiches. Stamp out a large round from the wholemeal bread to make the monkey’s face. Stamp out two small rounds for the monkey’s ears. Arrange the monkey head on a plate. Spread the extra peanut butter over the bottom half of the face and ears. Draw on the eyes, eyebrows, a nose and a smiley mouth with the chocolate writing pen.
Puppy Dog Sandwich: Put the bread on to a board. Spread with the cream cheese. Add the tomato and chives and sandwich the bread together. Stamp out a large heart shape using a heart cuter to make the puppy’s head. Turn the heart shaped head upside down and place on a plate. Stamp out a large heart from the cheese. Slice the cheese in half. Add the cheese slices to either side of the head to make the puppy’s ears. Add the olive for the nose, cherry tomato slice for tongue, and add the edible eyes.
Bunny Sandwich: Boil the egg in a pan of boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and refresh in cold water. Peel the egg and chop. Mix the egg with the mayonnaise and chives.
Put the bread onto a board. Spread the butter over the bread. Top with the egg mixture and sandwich together. Stamp out a large heart shape using a heart cutter. Place on a plate upside down to make the puppy’s head. Stamp out a smaller heart shape using a medium size heart cutter from the brown bread. Slice the heart in half and add to the head to make the ears. Repeat with the edam cheese and add to the brown bread to complete the bunny ears. Stamp out small rounds from a small round cutter. Place the rounds in the centre of the face. Add the eyes, a few shredded pieces of carrot for the whiskers and an olive for the nose.
