Ingredients
10 Heck Chicken Italia Chipolatas
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sunflower oil
3 banana shallots
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
200g fusilli pasta
150g broccoli florets
200g creme fraiche
150g yellow and red cherry tomatoes, halved
50g Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sunflower oil
3 banana shallots
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
200g fusilli pasta
150g broccoli florets
200g creme fraiche
150g yellow and red cherry tomatoes, halved
50g Parmesan cheese, grated
Method
- Slice the chicken sausages into thick slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chicken slices and fry for 5 minutes until cooked. Add the honey and fry until brown then set aside. Wipe the pan clean. Add 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the shallots and garlic and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the thyme.
- Cook the pasta in boiling water according to the packet instructions. Add the broccoli 3 minutes before draining.
- Add the creme fraiche and tomatoes to the shallots and bring to the boil. Add the pasta and broccoli and cheese. Toss together. Return the chicken and lightly season before serving.
