Ingredients

  • 130g dates
  • 70f pecan nuts
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1/2 tbsp agave syrup

Method

Put the pecan nuts into a food processor, until you have fine crumbs

Add the remaining ingredients and whiz until very finely chopped and the mixture has come together

Shape in 20 balls and roll in extra cacao powder

Chill on a plate in the fridge
