- 360 g apples, peeles, cored * chopped
- 360 g ripe peaches (or pears) peeles, stoned & chopped
- 150 g strawberries, halved
- 2 tbsp baby rice
- Steam the apple for about 4 minutes & then add the peach & strawberries & steam for a further 2 minutes.
- Blend the fruits until smooth & stir in the baby rice.
