Salmon is such a great food for little ones and this is a quick, easy and delicious recipe that everyone can enjoy.
- 1 tbsp plum sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp orange juice
- 300g salmon sliced into 2cm chunks (skinned)
Preheat the grill until very hot.
Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with oil.
Mix the plum sauce, soy sauce and orange juice together in a bowl.
Add the salmon and marinate for 5 minutes.
Place on the baking sheet.
Place under the grill for 5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and lightly golden.
