For Sweet Chilli & Cream Cheese Dip:

  • 100 g light cream cheese
  • 1 tsp chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce

For Thousand Island Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 drops Worcestershire sauce

For Ranch Dip:

  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lime (optional)
  • 1 tsp coriander, chopped
  • 1 tsp chives, chopped

For Mango & Cream Cheese dip:

  • 4 tbsp low-fat cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mango chutney
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • pinch of curry powder


Sweet Chilli and Cream Cheese Dip

1. Mix the cream cheese and chives and put in a ramekin. Spoon over the chilli sauce, or mix together if you prefer.

Mango and cream cheese dip

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl

2. Season to taste and serve with breadsticks
