Avocado puree is bursting with nutrients so it is perfect for weaning your baby. They’re rich in monounsaturated fat, the ‘good type’ of fat as well as vitamin E which boosts the immune system.

Ingredients
1 small avocado
Method
  1. Cut a small avocado in half, remove the stone, scoop out the flesh.
  2. Mash together with a little of your baby’s usual milk.
