Avocado & Banana Puree

Raw fruits are best for your baby, as none of the nutrients are lost in the cooking process. This recipe is an ultimate classic for first foods.

Ingredients
1/4 avocado
1/2 smal ripe banana
1 or 2 tbsp baby's usual milk or greek yoghurt
Method
  1. Mash the avocado together with the banana and the milk.
  2. You can also substitute the flesh of half a small papaya for the avocado. If using papaya, the milk is then optional.
