This competition (the “Competition”) is operated by Karmel Food Limited, 18A Pindock Mews, London W9 2PY, (“Promoter”).
The Competition is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
To make a valid entry to the Competition, you must follow the instructions as dictated on AnnabelKarmel on Instagram.

- Repost this screengrab on Instagram with the hastag: #AKhiddenveggies and tagging @annabelkarmel in the picture.
The Competition closes at 11.59pm on the 26th July 2017 and any entries must be submitted prior to that time.
By entering the Competition, the participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions;
a) that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win a prize; and
b) that should they win the Competition, their name and likeness may be used by the Promoter for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
c) Entrants should enter following the instructions given on Annabel Karmel’s Instagram page. Entries received after the closing date of the Competition will not be considered.
Only one entry will be permitted per person. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the Competition will be entered into.
One winner of the Competition will win £100 shopping voucher at Ocado.
The winner will be notified within 5 days of the close of the Competition initially by Instagram direct message. The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of the closing date by replying to the email.
The name and county of residence of the winner(s) will be made available upon request for 3 months within 14 days of the closing date of the Competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the Competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
The Competition is subject to the laws of England.
