Frozen Berry Smoothie
Frozen berries have locked-in goodness so they’re a nutritious choice in this smoothie recipe. They’ll also help the drink to stay ice cold for a while.
- 150 g frozen berries eg:raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, strawberries etc..
- 1 small banana
- 4 tbsp strawberry drinking yoghurt
- 100 ml cream soda
- Put the frozen berries and banana into a food processor and whiz together until smooth. Pass through a sieve into a bowl. Add the yoghurt and cream soda and stir together. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
