4 chopped dried apricots<br />
3 tbsp water<br />
2 tbsp mild natural yoghurt (not low fat)<br />
1 medium sized ripe banana<ol>
<li>Put the apricots into a pan, cover with the water, bring to a simmer and cook over a low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.</li>
<li>Put in a blender together with the yoghurt and the sliced banana and blend to a puree.</li>
