Tasty Teddy Bear Sandwiches

The trick to sandwiches for little ones is not to have too much bread or too much filling. I flatten the bread by
rolling with a rolling pin so that the sandwich is easier for little ones to eat. Cut the sandwich into bite-size
pieces for toddlers, but as your child gets older it’s fun to cut the sandwiches into fingers or different shapes.

Tasty Tuna Sandwiches

Sandwiches don’t need to be boring there are so many different types of bread available. Try Stuffed Pitta Pockets with tuna, sweetcorn and mayonnaise, Turkey Wraps with salad cream, shredded lettuce and grated cheese, multi grain and seed rolls with ham and cheese or bagels with Marmite. If your child refuses to eat brown bread, try giving ‘whole white’ sliced bread (white bread made with one third wholemeal flour)

Tasty Tuna Sandwiches

Put the tuna in a bowl and mash it well, then stir in the mayonnaise and ketchup. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Spread on one slice of bread and top with the other slice. Cut into shapes, squares or fingers.

Cream Cheese and Banana Sandwiches

Both my kids (7 and 3) loved it altough they're not big fans of any fish. I even made an extra one this morning for my own lunch. :-)
