Salmon, Tomato & Sweet Potato

By

Its very important to introduce oily fish like salmon into your baby’s diet from 7 months. This is because oily fish is rich in essential fatty acids which are very important for your baby’s brain and visual development – a baby’s brain triples in size in the first year.

  • This recipe is far too long and complex for feeding a baby, I mean, 40 seconds to cook the salmon - busy mums just don’t have time for things like that. Are there any time saving tips or cheats please? Perhaps Annabel could put the salmon in the sachet with the sauce to save time and hassle?
