Salmon Teriyaki Kebabs

Honey and soy sauce make a type of marinade called Teriyaki that is delicious on beef, chicken or fish. I like Salmon Teriyaki and threading it onto skewers makes it easy to cook. Serve the skewers with fluffy white rice

  • I made this for my 4 year old son who doesnt ususally eat Salmon but he wolfed down the whole fillet and wanted more! The honey goes really sticky and it has a sweet taste so I think is good for kids who dont usually like fish.

  • Is it ok to use frozen fillets, thaw them, cook this recipe then freeze individual portions?
