As you can’t season with salt, adding fresh basil and parmesan is a good way to flavour to this delicious creamy tomato sauce.
Ingredients
MethodHeat the olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic and carrot for 6 minutes. Add the passata, water, basil and parmesan. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile cook the pasta according to the packet instructions. Puree the sauce and stir in the cream cheese.
