This makes a really delicious creamy cheese sauce. If you like you can also add one small slice of good quality cooked ham, shredded. |

Ingredients1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Method:Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour to make a smooth paste, and cook for 1 minute. Gradually stir in the milk, bring to a boil, and cook for a few minutes over low heat until thickened and smooth. Stir in the grated cheese until melted.
