Ingredients3 slices white bread, crusts removed
Method:Sauté the onion in the olive oil for 5 minutes, or until softened. Add the garlic and cook for a minute longer. Transfer to the food processor and add the remaining ingredients (seasoning to taste with the salt and pepper) except the canola oil. Whiz for 1 minute to chop and combine. Heat the canola oil in a large frying pan. Drop the mixture by tablespoonfuls into the pan. Press down slightly using a wet teaspoon.
