Ice Lollies

 

A juicy ripe mango is not only delicious but gives your baby the immunological benefits of vitamin C and beta-carotene, but also calcium and magnesium which are good for building strong bones and teeth. Perfect for ice lollies...

 

Ingredients

1 large, ripe mango (320g mango flesh)
5 tbsp Annabel Karmel’s Pear Concentrate
1 tsp lemon juice

 

Method

Peel the mango and remove the stone.

Cut the flesh into 2cm cubes.

Put the mango in a blender with the Pear Concentrate and lemon juice and whiz until smooth.

Pour the puree into ice-lolly moulds (you may find it easier to transfer the puree to a jug first) and freeze overnight.

Delicious ice lollies for your kids.
