Try making finger foods for infants. One of my favourite finger foods for infants is Chicken Sliders. The red onion and tomato chutney give these mini chicken rissoles a delicious flavour. They make perfect finger food for infants. You can make this using chicken breast, chicken thigh or minced chicken. |

It’s good to make this using the white and dark meat of the chicken. The dark meat contains twice as much chicken as the breast. |
Ingredients3 slices white bread, crusts removed
Method:Put the bread in a food processor to make breadcrumbs. Add the milk and leave to soak. Meanwhile, sauté the onion for 5 minutes in the olive oil until softened. Add the garlic and cook for a further minute. Combine all the ingredients together. Season to taste. Chop for about a minute in a food processor. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Drop the mixture by tablespoons into the pan. Press down slightly using a wet teaspoon. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through. Information: |

I have recently purchased Annabel Karmels book Feeding your baby and toddler and oh my god its fabulous. Easy quick meals that not only my daughter enjoys but I can too! I hated cooking in the past until I had my daughter, now I love it.
