Sesame Beef Stir Fry
|
It is important to include red meat in your child’s diet as red meat provides the richest source of iron and iron deficiency is the most common nutritional deficiency in children in the UK. When your iron stores are low, less of the oxygen carrying pigment haemoglobin is made and less oxygen gets to the brain, resulting in difficulty concentrating and a shortened attention span. A lack of iron also makes you feel tired so if your child is sitting exams over the next few weeks, this would be a good recipe to make for a quick family supper. |
