Salmon, Tomato & Sweet Potato
Its very important to introduce oily fish like salmon into your baby’s diet from 7 months. This is because oily fish is rich in essential fatty acids which are very important for your baby’s brain and visual development – a baby’s brain triples in size in the first year.
Put the salmon in a suitable dish for microwaving, dot with the butter, cover and cook for about 40 seconds or until cooked.
Heat the sauce in a microwave or in a saucepan and blend with the salmon.
