Indian breakfast is varied and consists of steamed , roasted as well as friedfoods. The recipes are easy to make. Most are quick recipes which will take you about 15-20 minutes to make. Even that time you can reduce by doing a little planning and preparation the day before. The north Indian breakfast food differs a little from the south Indian food. Many South Indian recipes are made using rice whereas the north Indians use wheat more. South Indian breakfast consists of Idli , Dosa, Uttappa, Vade. All these are surved with chutney, mostly coconut chutney.
