Ingredients

30g / 1 oz sultanas
30g / 1 oz dried mango, snipped into small pieces
30g / 1 oz dried apricots, snipped into small pieces
100 ml boiling water
100g / 4 oz porridge oats
30g / 1 oz All Bran
10g pumpkin seeds
10g packet apple fruit crisps (the fruit factory)
200 ml apple juice

 

Method

Measure the sultanas, mango and apricots into a small bowl.

Pour over the boiling water and leave to soak for about an hour or overnight. 

Drain the fruits and mix with the remaining ingredients.
