Baby Yogurt with Apricot and Banana
Baby yogurt with bananas make perfect instant baby food and they combine well with many other fruits like peach, mango, blueberry and strawberries. They are easy to digest, unlikely to cause an allergy and good for the treatment of constipation and diarrhoea. Babies need more fat in their diet than adults so don’t give low fat baby yogurt. Wow this is so quick & easy. Instead of using blender (which my 7 month old son doesnt like the sound of) I squeezed the babana whilst in its skin & this softened it and made it mushy, then chopped the apricots into tiny pieces, he LOVED it, thanks for yet another great dish.
