Cheese Sauce
This makes a really delicious white cheese sauce. If you like you can also add one small slice of good quality cooked ham, shredded.

White Cheese Sauce Ingredients15g butter
MethodMelt the butter, stir in the flour and cook for one minute. Gradually add the milk, stirring over a low heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Take off the heat, stir in the gruyere and parmesan until melted, then stir in the mascarpone for a white cheese sauce.

i've just made this and its the first recipe of annabels i've tried and its lovely! i love it and so does my 1year old daughter! and its easy to make (i'm not the best cook)and when i next cook a white cheese sauce to feed adults i'll be using this recipe then too
