Leek, Sweet Potato & Cauliflower
As well as fruit and vegetables, its good to add nutrient dense foods such as cheese to your baby's meals. Babies grow very rapidly in their first year and cheese provides a concentrated source of calories which is important to fuel this rapid growth.

My baby is now 8 months old and loves this recipe he's not so keen on potato but doesn't mind sweet potato. For 8 months old i would say this makes 3 portions. Great recipe

This is my daughter's absolute favourite meal. She cries when it's finished! It also seems very good at 'clearing out' her system!

I thought this smelt great but my 6 month old daughter found it quite strong tasting. I think it was possibly the leeks. Will try it again when she's a little older.

I made this for my almost 7 month old and he LOVES it...so so tasty. I used broccoli instead of cauliflower. Highly recommend it.
