Fruit Museli Ingredients

4 tbsp rolled oats
2 tbsp raisins
6 tbsp milk

1 small eating apple (approx 130g) peeled, cored and chopped)
1 small ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped
1 tbsp Annabel Karmel’s Pear Concentrate

 

Method

Simply soak the oats overnight to make this delicious breakfast…

It’s a good idea to keep portions of apple and pear puree in the freezer to mix with the muesli.

Soak the oats in milk overnight or for at least a couple of hours.

Meanwhile put the chopped apple and pear in a saucepan together with the pear concentrate cover and cook for 10 minutes over a low heat.

Remove from the heat and mash with a fork.

In the morning, stir the cooked apple and pear together with the oats and raisins.
