Try using Cheddar instead of Parmesan cheese and plaice or hake instead of cod.

Ingredients85g butternut squash, peeled and cubed
MethodSteam the squash for 7 minutes or until tender. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add the milk and stock, bring to the boil, and simmer for 1 minute. Add the steamed squash and chunks of cod and cook for 3 minutes. Blend to apurée and stir in the cheese Information: Makes 4 portions |

Is it ok to use frozen fillets, thaw them, cook this recipe then freeze individual portions?
