Ingredients1/2 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
Method:Steam the squash for 7 minutes or until tender. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add the milk and stock, bring to the boil, and simmer for 1 minute. Add the steamed squash and chunks of cod and cook for 3 minutes.
